More and more Americans are just giving their money away to companies in exchange for bigger breasts, a more chiseled nose or a better looking body. But are these surgeries really helping them?
There were over 13 million total cosmetic surgeries in 2011 out of which 89% were minimally invasive procedures. And these surgeries weren't done in vain. It was shown that 92.2% of patients considered their appearance as good as they expected or better, while 81.4 % were more satisfied with their overall appearance which counts as a very high success rate.
