Any use of the marketing term Control your Credit, with a Button, Free, Smart, Credit, Report and/or System, in any combination and in any manner is for marketing purposes only. The Smart Credit® system and many of its components are patented or patent-pending. The use of the term "free" (such as in free Smart credit report™) may sometimes also refer to a free-trial period Membership. All of our products have a monthly Membership fee after any free-trial period.

If you do not wish to have our monthly Membership and want to avoid any charges, as shown in Membership Options & Pricing below, please cancel your Membership "within" your free trial period.

Under Federal law, you have the right to receive a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies.
